Unbalanced; the number of turns lock-to-lock is not equal port to starboard and vice-versa. UC132-OBS side mount cylinder features a turning nut for fast and easy installation to the engine tube (PATENTED). Not recommended for use in installations where the boat speed exceeds 51.5 mph and the power exceeds max Coast Guard recommendation for the boat. Inside diameter: 1.25". Stroke: 8".
