Off-White Base (D8003). Quart. A two-component quick-drying epoxy primer/surfacer, for application above the waterline by brush and roller or spray. Provides a medium build and is easily sanded. Easy to apply by brush and roller or spray. Quick-drying for a faster application process. Easy to sand, allowing the next layer to be applied sooner.
