Constructed from extruded aluminum. Fits vertical surfaces such as a gunwale or rails. "Sure Grip" Mounting Bases. Clamp-On Rail Base. Fits Round Rail Up to 7/8"?Diameter. The 3/8" diameter coated steel rod is tough, strong and corrosion resistant. UV resistant plastic coating protects the rod butt and handle. Stainless steel stem and wing nut. All holders include 5071 mounting base.
