Application: Per the seller's shop tag, this housing came off a Volvo Penta Aquamatic AQ-270 sterndrive. The application has NOT been verified against the OEM parts catalogue, and no factory part number is legible on the casting — the numbers present are a handwritten shop tag and a foundry casting mark. Related Aquamatic drives use similar-looking housings that are not necessarily interchangeable.

Condition: Used, untested take-out. The casting shows chipped paint, staining, surface rust on machined faces, and exhaust soot in the passage. It has not been crack tested, pressure tested, or measured. Sold as a bare housing with only the hardware/linkage visible in the photographs.
