Volvo Penta timing gear casing / front cover assembly, removed from a small marine diesel and believed to be from the Volvo Penta 2000 series (2001 / 2002 / 2003) family — application is NOT verified and is offered on the basis of photographs, configuration, and dimensions only. The assembly includes the cast front cover, bolt-on crankshaft front bearing cover / seal carrier, oil filter bracket with steel oil line, spin-on oil filter, and oil pressure sender, exactly as pictured.

Condition: used, untested take-off. Paint is worn and faded, there is light surface corrosion and oil staining, the raw-water pump flange bore shows oxidation, and the casting edge next to the bearing cover plate appears chipped in one photo. Sealing faces need cleaning and inspection, and the crankshaft seal should be replaced as a matter of course. No gaskets, gears, pump, or pulley included. No pressure test or crack test has been performed.
