Volvo Penta 2000 Diesel Series cast aluminum valve cover / rocker cover, removed from service.

Application: Volvo Penta 2000-series marine diesel. The three hold-down bosses and three internal rocker reliefs indicate a 3-cylinder engine (2003 / 2003T family) — this is a probable application based on configuration only and is NOT verified by a part number. The Volvo Penta identification label on the side of the cover is blank, and no casting or service number is legible.

Condition: Used, untested take-off. Original green paint is chipped, scratched, and faded with light surface oxidation on the sealing flange and interior. Normal oil varnish inside. No cracks observed in photographs, but the casting has not been crack tested, pressure tested, or checked for flange flatness. Sold with no gasket, hardware, filler cap, or breather hose.
