Used cast-iron cover plate / housing cover with a large machined port boss and a small threaded sender or switch fitting, removed from shop inventory. Twelve-bolt rectangular flange with brass-colored hole inserts, red enamel finish with typical chipping, and oil/coolant staining plus light corrosion on the inner sealing face.
