Application: Cast-iron hydraulic marine reverse gear of the Paragon type, used behind inboard marine diesel and gas engines. The manufacturer nameplate is present but weathered and partially illegible, so the exact model, ratio, and serial number require verification — application is NOT verified and is sold by photographs, identifiers, and dimensions. Rotation-direction instructions are cast into the output-flange housing ("UP FOR LEFT ROTATION"), which helps identify shift-lever orientation.

Condition: Used take-off, untested. The assembly appears complete as pictured, including the hydraulic control valve body, external shift lever with linkage rod end, and external oil line. Expect surface rust on flanges and hardware, dirt, and chipped paint. No run test, pressure test, or internal inspection has been performed, and no operational claim is made.
