Application: Not verified. Painted equipment yellow and hand-marked "3126" (a shop marking, not a part number), which suggests a possible Caterpillar 3126-family marine cooling application — unconfirmed. Sold by photographs, identifiers, and dimensions.

Condition: Used take-off, untested. Repainted with scratches and chipped paint, light rust bleed at the ports and flange faces, and moderate surface rust/scale inside the bore. Not pressure tested, not rebuilt. Drained and ports capped before shipping.
