Application: not verified — this unit carries only the cast "GARRETT" manufacturer name; the center-housing ID nameplate is corroded and unreadable, so no model or OEM part number is confirmed. Turbochargers of this size and style were used on heavy-duty marine and industrial diesels (Detroit Diesel, Cummins, Caterpillar families), but fitment cannot be confirmed from photos alone. Condition: used core — heavy surface rust on the turbine inlet flange and turbine housing, flaking paint, dirt in the compressor inlet, compressor wheel present and visibly intact.
