Cast iron volute (scroll) housing recovered from diesel engine inventory. Cast marks PC7A and P22W appear on the mounting pad — these are casting/pattern marks, not confirmed OEM service part numbers. The casting has a divided rectangular flanged port, a machined round flange (approx. 3 in. bore, threaded fastener holes) at the scroll eye, a small cast vent/bypass stub, and a two-port threaded pad. Application: not verified — this is most consistent with either a turbocharger turbine housing or a centrifugal coolant/raw-water pump body from an industrial or marine diesel, but no brand, model, or engine application has been confirmed. Condition: used, untested bare casting. Housing only — no shaft, bearing, impeller/wheel, seals, gaskets, or hardware included. Surface rust on machined faces and in the bore; no visible cracks or weld repairs, but no pressure test, magnaflux, or dimensional inspection has been performed.
