Holset (Cummins Turbo Technologies) exhaust gas turbocharger with a cast aluminum compressor housing ("HOLSET" cast into the cover) and a divided twin-entry cast iron turbine housing. The original Holset identification nameplate is still riveted to the compressor cover, but the part number is corroded and unreadable in these photos, so no model number or OEM part number is being claimed.

Application: Not verified. Holset turbochargers in this size range were fitted to a wide range of Cummins and Cummins-powered industrial, marine, and truck diesel engines. Application, model, and interchangeability have NOT been confirmed — this unit is sold by photographs, visible identifiers, and dimensions only.

Condition: Used, untested, offered as a rebuildable core (Grade D). Heavy rust and scale on the turbine housing and center section; oxidation and dirt on the compressor housing. Compressor wheel appears present and complete in photos. Shaft play, free rotation, blade tip condition, and balance have NOT been checked, and the unit has NOT been run, flow tested, or bench tested. Expect a full rebuild. Residual oil will be drained and all ports capped before shipping.

Great candidate for a core exchange, rebuild project, or parts recovery (housings, wheels, hardware).
