Caterpillar cast aluminum valve / rocker cover with integral oil-fill and breather neck, removed as a take-off. Application: Caterpillar diesel engine — commonly seen on 3208 and 3100-series (3116/3126) arrangements — however the specific application has NOT been verified and no legible OEM part number was found on this casting, so it is offered by photographs, identifiers, and dimensions only. Condition: used and untested. Brand is confirmed by the raised CATERPILLAR casting. Paint is chipped and flaked with surface oxidation; interior shows light varnish and old gasket sealant residue that will need cleaning. No cracks or broken bolt bosses are visible in the photos, but the cover has not been crack-checked or flatness-checked. Gasket, seals, breather element, and hardware are not included.
