Garrett AiResearch Turbocharger - Used, Untested

Used Garrett / AiResearch turbocharger, removed from service. "AiResearch" is cast into the compressor housing; no legible model code or OEM part number was found on this unit, so it is offered by photographs, identifiers, and dimensions only. Application is not verified — this style of AiResearch turbo was used on Detroit Diesel, Caterpillar, Cummins and industrial/marine engines, but interchangeability cannot be assumed from appearance. Condition: used, untested core-grade unit with soot, heat scale, and surface oxidation; both housings and the center cartridge appear present and complete, but shaft play, wheel condition, and bearing condition have not been tested and no operational claim is made. Recommended for inspection/rebuild by a qualified turbocharger shop. Ports will be capped and the unit drained before shipping. Buyer must confirm fitment by part number, photos, dimensions, engine model, serial number, and application before purchase. Used marine part sold as-is unless otherwise stated. No returns on electrical, used, special-order, or installed parts.
