Casting number 3904570 (cast into the rocker rail, with cast legends SL4.3 and 02H7) associates this head with the Cummins 4B / 4BT 3.9L family used in marine, industrial, generator, agricultural and light-truck applications — application is not verified and is sold by photographs, cast identifiers and dimensions. Condition: used, untested. The casting has been cleaned and refinished and looks complete with no visible cracks or repairs, but it has not been crack-checked, pressure tested, deck-checked or run by us, and no machine-shop paperwork is included. Have it inspected, pressure tested and surfaced by a qualified machine shop before installation. Rocker assembly, head bolts and gaskets are not included. Coolant and oil galleries are open; the head is drained, ports protected and crated for freight.
