The data plate reads MODEL 2QM20H, 20 HP @ 2600 RPM, propeller RPM 1215, reduction ratio 2.14, Made in Japan. **Application:** Yanmar 2QM-series sailboat/small-craft auxiliary diesel installations. Application not verified from photographs — engine serial number is not legible in the images and must be confirmed on the unit. **Condition:** Used and UNTESTED. The engine appears substantially complete with head, injection pump, starter, alternator, pulleys, exhaust elbow, mounts and harness pigtail, but shows heavy surface corrosion on the gear case, exhaust elbow and hardware, aged hoses, and general storage grime. It has not been run, compression tested, or bar-over checked by us, so it should be evaluated as an untested engine or rebuildable core.
