John Deere Valve / Rocker Cover for 4045TF290 4.5L PowerTech 4-Cylinder Diesel - Used

John Deere cast aluminum valve (rocker) cover, removed from a John Deere PowerTech 4.5L 4-cylinder diesel. The engine tag on the cover reads model/build 4045TF290, 4.5 L, engine serial PE4045R933110, customer/option number 102-2854F-0005. Note that these are engine build and serial numbers, not the orderable John Deere service part number.

Application: John Deere PowerTech 4045-series 4-cylinder diesel; donor engine is the 4045TF290 listed above. Broader fitment is not verified.

Condition: Used, untested take-off. Integrated oil fill with cap present, JD badge present and legible, four injector/harness access bosses. Service grime, paint scuffs and chips, light corrosion and old sealant residue around the port bosses. Sealing flange looks straight in the photos but has not been checked for flatness. No gasket, grommets, or hardware included.
